"I took my son here for the first time. I paid $25 haircut $5 tip, total of $30. We walked out and I could tell he wasn’t very happy with the cut. Not even 10 min later we walk back in and I asked if they can fix the back (my son wanted a mid fade.). I wasn’t told it would be considered a new cut which is $30 for a fade until he was finished. If anything, I thought since I had just left I would pay the difference which would have been $5 for the fade since I had already paid $25. The guy ended up charging me an additional $15 when I had literally just walked out and walked back in, in less than 10 min. He should’ve told me that before sitting him down! I would’ve just walked out. I Don’t think I’ll be taking my son there again. Kinda sucks they don’t value new customers or even try to keep them by doing people like this. Especially during times like now where every dollar counts. It’s not like I went back the next day! And it’s under new management so the sign says….Smh…. Lesson learned."

"I’ve been bringing my brother here for almost a year and the environment is awesome. They provide comfortable chairs and have great music. Their haircuts are at a good price and we leave satisfied."

"Unfortunately mi first try here with my child was not a good one. The lack of professionalism and customer service is what quite surprising. Given the fact that I was inconvenienced to have to bring my child a second time to try to correct what was not done the first time. All I asked for was a #2 on top, quite simple one would think right? Not quite, Alex was the one cutting the hair. He couldn’t explain to me why there was a bunch of long hairs left over. My feeling was it was the machine he had was maybe old? Needed service? I don’t know… spoke to the manager he suggested maybe stick to my original barber shop, good idea Einstein. Pathetic, rather than taking ownership of the issue and focusing on making it right for me to want to come back, he tells me that instead. Won’t be going back to that barber shop, and I don’t recommend it at all. Save yourself $30 and as the manager said stick to your original barber shop."

Well today I wanted to share How’s my hair always looking fresh. Go see Ray or call to set up an appointment. He is a amazing barber. Super talented and patience. A perfectionist at most time. I’ve been to $60-$180 haircut in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Hand down the best cut ever! Also a great guy! Go see him"
