"Located inside the sierra vista plaza by the food 4 less. It’s a corner shop with a clean sleek look decorated with photos of henna. Prices are affordable and competitive, employees are great and communicate with you on what you’re looking for. I have threaded my eyebrows here since 2020ish, and recently started doing eyebrow henna. I’m satisfied with the results and usually come early afternoons so there is little to no wait time."
"Beware! Had an unfortunate experience today; only one lady, Cindy or Siddi, was available and proceeded to help me with waxing services only to carelessly use cold wax, then yanked it causing a tear of my skin and when I complained about pain and irritation fearfully admitted she couldn’t do anything as she is not licensed to do wax (or maybe unlicensed altogether). I asked to speak to the manager and she claimed she is new and has no direct connection to a manager. She offered no other solutions. I have never had an issue with this place but will not be going again as the business shows no regard for the consumer’s safety if they’re hiring unlicensed workers."
