"I went today to get my hair done, I showed a reference picture and it totally got messed up!! My hair was way shorter then the photo I showed and now it looks like I have a pixie cut!! The workers were nice and all sure, but my hair is ruined and school starts soon!!! The reference photo was so good too, it showed that the hair had layers and was down to the collar of a shirt, but this is ridiculous!! My hair got cut way too short and honestly I should’ve said something!! I don’t even know how to fix my hair anymore, it’s just cut way too short!! I wish she told me that she didn’t know how to do the haircut so I wouldn’t be cursed with this pixie cut, now I have to wear a hat at all times until it grows back, the lady was nice and all, but I just don’t even know if I’ll ever be going back there ever again!!! I’ve gotten my hair cut at the same local place before, and it was always off but not too bad, but this time it was just unforgivable!! I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon due to this experience, a bad haircut is torture to a teen, especially an emo teen!! I’m giving this 2 stars, I’ve finally got the chance to voice out my opinions on this store, workers are nice, sweet, friendly but they have gotten my haircut off many times before, by many, I mean 3 times! I’ll just buy hair extensions in the meantime, but for this experience, I just don’t know, 2 stars."
