"Walked Out: Ignored and Unattended" My experience at Next Level Barbershop was so disappointing that I didn't even stay for a haircut. Despite patiently waiting for 1.5 hours, the staff continued to ignore those without appointments. Became evident that customer service was not a priority. Frustrated and unattended, I made the decision to walk out without even getting a haircut. A barbershop that neglects customers, especially those without appointments, is not worth anyone's time. My advice: look elsewhere for a place that values its customers and provides a basic level of service."
