"Even though there was a language barrier between us they made a effort to accommodate me. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they cut my hair. They were very nice. The times are wrong on the maps though. They don't open at 9 am, they open at 10am. I'm glad they take walk-in's. It was pretty empty so I got in and out fast."

"I sat for an hour and 30 min before getting a cut and they had a sign in Sheet .I asked about how long was the wait and they said a few mins.they didn’t call anyone up and didn’t keep up with the list. A woman supposably said “who is next “ but no one from the 6 people who was there heard .she cleaned and left early ,leaving 2 others take the the rest of the clients but also saying it wasn’t her fault that no one came and told her.coincidence? it was finally my turn and got an older woman. I specifically asked for a straight cut and tips but also asked before she cut to show me how much of my hair did she considered to be “the tips “ .i kid you not it was 1.5 inches but instead of combining my hair and showing me she grabbed the back of my hair and sniped it off to show me ...... I at this point I was upset but hair was cut off so I said ok. I then asked her for straight Betty bangs and slightly a pinky over my eyebrows and that I do not style it because it naturally puffs up at the bottom. I made sure to be very clear of that . A man was talking while waited and she continued to say to me that the man always talks and that be was annoying . I have been coming here for years and always had my hair done with Sandra so I knew she was here before and I trusted her. I was so wrong now I have MINI bangs (might add that they are higher in the right and lower on the left ). I am not a person who likes confrontation so I payed and left with uneven back hair ,uneven MINI bangs and $16 bucks out of my pocket . After Sandra and sussy left things have gone down hill .this has been the worst experience and haircut I have ever gotten. She knew I did not like my hair and proceeded to try and convince me to get it shorter and do a circular cut and I said no it was uneven and still charged me ful price . I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE"

"They take forever and then when they have several people waiting, that's when they decide to go on breaks! I've been waiting for over 2 hours to get our kids their haircuts for school and it's almost closing time. Personally Id rather spend more money elsewhere for a decent haircut, because here they also don't know how to line up properly. ...so avoid a head ache and go somewhere else...this place is a JOKE"
