"I usually get my haircut with Randy. Unfortunately I made an appointment for Saturday the 19th thinking I had made it for the 12th. When I showed up on the 12th I was surprised to see Randy wasn’t there. Once Jase realized what had happened he went out of his way to help me out. He offered to cut my hair at the end if his shift and did a fantastic job. At every step of the way he made sure I was satisfied. The haircut was perfect and I was more impressed by his attention to detail and his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied."
