"The Parlor is a wonderful barbershop that's right in the heart of the Wilshire-La Brea area. There are plenty of stores around the area which make it easy to go in for hair services and get other errands done. It's right across the street from the grocery store, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants around where you can get something to eat or drink while you wait for your appointment. They also take walk-ins which, so it's super easy to find something to do while you wait to get serviced. They also do more styles than haircuts and shaves. They have stylists available that do services such as braids, scissor cuts and dye jobs. Regardless of your hair type and what you're looking to have done, they'll put you with someone who will give you the service you're looking for. What I also appreciate is that they if they don't have someone there who can do what you're looking for, the barbers and stylists there will give you an honest recommendation about where you can go. I appreciate the variety and diversity of professional they have working there. While I've never experimented with my own hair, I've seen the incredible work that the talented barbers and stylists do there. Personally, the services I get and would recommend, based on my personal styles and interest, are braids, trims, and hair conditioning treatments. My hair type is somewhere between 3C and 4A and the protective styles and treatments I received have been have helped my hair grow from shoulder length to waist-length when stretched or straightened."

"Nice place. Had a few okay haircuts here and they take walk ins. But this other guy there cut my hair way too short on the sides. Especially irritating since I showed him a picture of me with the cut I wanted. Plus he charged me a lot more than the other guys there that cut me. Im too nice, I really shouldve said something right then and there but hey, its not gonna make my hair grow any faster *shrugs shoulders*"

"I'm never visiting this barbershop! The barber, I precived was pulling a fast one on me. No time for games. So, I'll take my business of getting my hair cut elsewhere. I really don't like barber they think more about their pockets then they do the haircut."
