"I walked in and asked the room, can you do a good job with my particular hair, I had grown it out for six months, and it’s curly wavy, and I wanted a cleanup and enhancement to let it grow in better. I showed pictures. The staff said absolutely!! We will hook you up. I made an appointment. I was booked with whoever they thought suited me… flash forward, my haircut not only was a hack job, inches cut off, and so uneven, one side of my head was inches longer, like prince and the revolution longer. I was told by the barber as I was getting it cut that I should really go to a salon but he’d do his best (I should have gotten right up and left but I trusted them) His best was a butcher job that leaves me at home trying to even my hair and cut the layers, further cutting growth I had patiently waited for for half a year. At least this helps a bit with this poodle-like mess. He clearly knew NOTHING about how to cut curly hair correctly to make a shape. I had like a 1980’s bilevel on my head. The staffs response was, maybe he’d be willing to even it out, and we will too for another price of a 45$ haircut. Such pompous incompetence. Big NOPE! Nothing proper here, just sales lies. Fantastic Sam’s might hold themselves to a higher standard,"
