"I have driven past this establishment for many years now and I finally decided to stop in. I am now kicking myself for not doing so earlier. I showed up at 5:30 PM on Friday evening and the shop closes at 6:00 PM. I was worried that I was too late and would be turned away, but I was welcomed in by Stephanie (the owner) who was busily cutting a gentleman's hair. A few minutes later it was my turn in the chair. The conversation meandered just like the mighty Mississippi. We talked about birthdays, cooking, joint pain, life in the southwest and growing herbs (for cooking of course). Before I knew it, I was looking squared away and it was 6:30 PM. Stephanie is not only a master haircutter, but a master of conversation, and a plethora of knowledge as well. Great haircut, fair price and stimulating conversation. El Senor has a new regular customer."

No "please have a seat" No "it will be just a minute sir" not even a "hey what do you want?" she looked at me and then looked away. It was not like she was busy or anything. There was but one other person there, and no one waiting. I now understand why.. It is because many people don't like her. Not only is she rude, but according to many reviews she likes to spread false gossip about people. She could be the best stylist in the world , but I would rather use a a cheap dirty FLOWBEE (self hair cutting machine that attaches to a vacuum) before I would subject myself to any of that abuse again. Call her and verify the attitude in her voice for yourself. Ask her a question and hope that she doesn't hang up on you."
