"I had the worst experience with Juanita at Good Fred Salon. I will never recommend her to my worst enemy. I called to book an appointment; she answered and it was set for 9/28/23. I wanted finger waves she charged me $40.00 after I explained my hair is very thick and long. She asked how did I want the back done. I told her whatever she feels. My hair was washed, never blow dried or straightened with a flat iron or which it would have went smoother. She later some cheap gel on my hair and started finger waving my hair into a matted mess. Full disclosure I went to cosmetology school but I focus more on skincare and body sculpting. I have been doing facial now for 17 years and I would never do a potential client or in my case not do a great job. I’m looking for a hairstylist I can go to weekly but I would never go to her to save my life. I was recommended to Good Fred Salon but I’m not recommended them to anyone. I paid her $65.00 . Believing that I would get great service and continue to get my hair done by Juanita…. I’m very disappointed to say the least."

"I’ve tried and get a simple line up here 5 times in a row throughout the week to 3 excuses. #1 - Barber isn’t in even though your business hours on google maps says otherwise. #2 - Closed for the day when again, your business hours states otherwise and also calling ahead of time saying that you WERE open. #3 - Barber left during normal business hours for some reason. This happened twice. Seems like you guys only operate for your homies. Good luck with that."
