Back in 2016, I met Wendy while she was a stylist located in the Fox Hills Mall. The style that I owned back then was short with a tapered bob. Gradually, I decided to allow that style to change. One day out of the blue, I asked for African braids - a style of hair that I had never worn although I am an African-American career woman. Without hesitation, my stylist (Wendy) did not disappoint. Over the years, she has helped me to create hair styles that I prefer to form, or to select styles from an array of photos posted on Google. One of which is the Janet Jackson style in braids. Now, after more than 7 years, I am still excited every time The One Stop Studio does my “hair do!” Never have I ever been disappointed. No doubt every time Wendy does my braid styles, whether box or knotless braids, the received compliments are fabulous and that make me feel great about my stylist at The One Stop Studio. "Started shaving my head and growing a beard during the pandemic since I couldn't go to the barbershop. After the pandemic, I kept shaving my head because I liked the look but wanted to find someone to keep my beard tight. After visiting a few shops and not liking the service. I found Wendy via a Yelp search. Wendy is a magician with the clippers and straight razor and sets herself apart from other shops with her hot towel shave and massage. (Who does that these days??) I have not yet seen a cut that Wendy cannot do. She also provides other services including facials, braids and ear/nose piercings. Wendy is also very personable and easy to talk to. She has a great story on how she became a business owner. Wendy requires a $15 deposit when making an appointment. This can be paid via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, etc. This way she ensures she is not stood up and wastes her precious time. When the youngstas get a good haircut, they say it's "crispy". I always leave the shop with a "crispy" shave after Wendy is done. Aint no one else touching my beard! :)"

"New go to place to cut my hair. I’ve come here at least for my 3rd time and this time I brought my nephew who got a perm which came out dope! Also brought my grandpa who got a nice gentlemen’s cut.
