"They did to me 2x gum flap in 2-week interval, first was right side, today was left side. I call it like (root canal). I felt a little bit pain and that’s inevitable even w/ anesthesia. Staffs are courteous & friendly. Dr Allea did it. They have modern & nice facility. I was little nervous. She has caring hands & gave me also good instruction & advices… One thing I didn’t understand. I gave deposit last Dec 2023, then I fully paid them already since 2 weeks ago w/ my copay $391. I again was charged for $166 and I have no choice but to pay them, plus I don’t have any more free cleaning for this year according to the front desk lady. I thought I have 2x a year free cleaning. It’s all gone!. I wish & hope they consider free cleaning on my next appointment after 4 mos. First time in my life I spent this much within 2 months which is out of my dental budget. Anyway, this is my dental life and I don’t have choice. I thank God for everything."

"I do appreciate the toothpaste prescription given by this dentist. However I am very disappointed in the line of communication regarding payments for services. My insurance pays for cleaning and X-rays however this office charged me personally and charged my insurance. I believe the dentist is very thorough regarding her evaluation and I really hoped to have her fix my teeth. But I can’t trust their payments policies. Watch your insurance plans for duplicate charges."
