"This place is excellent - the team really cares! From the moment I stepped into their office, they were helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I had a couple clarifying questions about the cost of my visit because my insurance was unclear about how much they would contribute. The lovely team at the front desk made many calls to my insurance provider to help me sort everything out, which went into my appointment time. But Bliss Dental’s team was kind and patient the whole time, offering me water and not making me feel rushed to decide whether or not to move forward with my visit. The team was resilient, respectful in how they approached the situation, and worked so well together to find a solution. They also gave me other options if I didn’t want to go through insurance and took the time to explain things so that I was able to understand. I ended up being seen for a teeth cleaning and I’m so glad I did! Each interaction I had with their team was pleasant and warm. They are competent, enjoy what they do, and they make you feel comfortable. I appreciate all that they did for me beyond excellent dental services, it just goes to show how much they care for their patients."

"Even though the doctors were decent but the clinic is fraud, and they would go to any extent to get money from you including lies about insurance. In their zocdoc profile, it mentions they are in network with all the leading insurance providers, and they will also say the same. But you will only get to know that they only accept insurance but would be out of network with all of them. I scheduled an appointment for annual checkup and basic cleaning, but they spent more than an hour is getting images and quote for invisalign and deep cleaning which I refused initially. Still they kept pushing for it. Also, they told me that they have confirmed with my insurance that everything would be covered, but after 2 weeks they send an invoice stating insurance doesn’t cover part of it."

"Everyone in this office is tops. They are fun and knowledgeable and made a nervous new patient very comfortable and happy. Explanations of care were clear and they even coordinated with my periodontist while I was in the chair. I spent three hours there getting a deep cleaning and barely noticed the time pass. Can you call a dental visit a pleasure? At Bliss Dental, yes you can."

"Firstly, thank you to the wonderful Bliss Dental SF staff for making this dental visit the most enjoyable visit I have EVER had at any dental office. The front office girls were so nice and welcoming, so approachable they made me feel so comfortable. I came in for a routine cleaning and exam. Let me tell you, when I say that the hygienist Margurite will change your life, I'm not lying. She gave me a full on lecture/demo on how to properly brush and floss my teeth. I recommend asking for Margurite if you want a life changing experience. I also had the please to meet Dr. Patel, she was so nice, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The assistants were also very sweet. I met Dina and Zandra, both were great. I had great conversations with them! I did begin my Invisalign journey at this office, which I was very nervous about. Luckily, Dr. Patel explained the entire treatment and answered all the questions I had. When it came down to finances, Syrena was very helpful. She informed me about my insurance and what would be my out-of-pocket cost. I was very happy to find out they accepted CareCredit, which helped me pay for my Invisalign and I also was able to put my teeth whitening on it. Needless to day, I will definitely be coming back to this dental office and will be referring all my friends and family. You can feel the great energy in this office, from the music to the welcoming smiles right when you walk in. If you're looking for a dental office, look no further.
