"There’s always a long line here and I normally pick up the food during the day for dinner before I pick up my kid from school. Since we’d have these dishes several hours later after pickup, I asked them to put the items of the bowl separately in a sectional container that they use for quesadillas, I wouldn’t want all the juicy items get mixed up and the food would get soggy and ruined after a few hours, but they refused to use the sectional containers for my bowls and got aggressive with me. They gave me the regular bowl container and I asked them not to mix up all the items and they would give me little portion as a half size of the regular order. What’s the difference in cost for a regular bowl container and a sectional container that they had to refuse my request and gave me bad quality of food and bad service??? After a few tries, I gave up the food and the service here. It’s not worth the long line and long drive around to find parking here."

"I'm usually a big fan of Chipotle, but my recent visit was incredibly disappointing. I arrived at 11:10am, right after they opened. There was just one person ahead of me in line, so I thought getting my food would be quick. However, the multiple employees behind the counter were ignoring all of the waiting customers. Instead, they were busy making huge bowls seemingly just for themselves, piling on ridiculous amounts of protein. After waiting for 7 minutes with a line piling up behind me, there was still only one employee interacting with customers. When it was finally my turn, I ordered a simple kid's quesadilla, which is normally $4.50. However, what I received after the long wait was a tiny quesadilla, with no protein, that they charged me $9.50 for! When I questioned the expensive price for such a small order, the employees just brushed me off, not even attempting to justify the cost. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. The staff was completely dismissive and inattentive to customers. The service was painfully slow when there were ample employees who should have been serving. And when I finally received my food, it was incorrectly made and outrageously overpriced. Safe to say, I will not be returning to this location if this is the type of service and value I can expect. Next time, I'll take my business elsewhere."

"I order a chicken burrito and got mostly rice and veggies like why? If I order chicken burrito I should be able to taste the meat and not have it be like finding Wado. 2 of the workers there was laly gagging while people was in line, and the one making the food had low energy. Customer service skills out the door. . Changing it to one star because obviously other people had similar experience so they seem to give bad service. P.S love how publicly they say someone will be in touch and i use the link and never receive a response lol brilliant"

"I hate to be the person who writes or leaves bad reviews but this is the worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to. Service is bad as it is, then just to top it all off, in the middle of me eating my food I found a roach. Only cared to refund me and get me out the way, instead of trying to be more aware of the dirty facility and kitchen. Never again, be aware of your food."

"During our visit to this Chipotle location, my girlfriend and I unfortunately suffered from food poisoning. We arrived at the mall location and placed an order for three tacos each. Unfortunately, half of the meat trays were empty, leaving only barbacoa meat as the sole option. To make matters worse, two of the tacos we received were filled entirely with fat, leading us to discard them and eat only the other four tacos, consisting of chicken and barbacoa meat. To top off our disappointing experience, the person working behind the counter carelessly assembled our tacos, causing them to stick together when we sat down to eat. This, combined with the lack of meat options and poor quality of the food, left us feeling incredibly disappointed with our visit. It's a reminder that we can't always believe what we see on TV commercials, as the reality of the situation can be quite different. While Chipotle's advertisements may depict fresh, high-quality food and exceptional customer service, our experience was far from that. Instead, it seemed that the employee working that evening was more focused on rushing to finish and go home early, as opposed to providing a positive experience for customers. Adding insult to injury, we were also overcharged for our meal, paying $30 for just six tacos, with no clear explanation provided for the discrepancy. Overall, it was an unfortunate and unsatisfactory experience, and we would caution others to exercise caution when considering this particular Chipotle location."
