Even if the appointment is for an annual cleaning, I would highly recommend having them doing a pre-estimate with your insurance so you don't get an unanticipated $500 invoice in the mail without notice."

"I became a patient of Dr. Kevin about 5 years ago. I used to be a patient of Bright Now Dental and they're horrible not sure how they're able to continue treating patients. My dentist told me to sit down and shut up because I was having a panic attack as I honestly have a fear of dentists and do not like them! But Encore Dental is AMAZING the staff there understands my fear and they're very patient and compassionate. I've had a TON of issues with my teeth due various health issues and my fear of going to the dentist. Because of all the issues with my teeth I was advised that I would need to get dentures... I began to cry because I'm only 48 and I thought they'd look horrible and make me look old. Because of my teeth issues I hated to smile I would put my hand in front of my mouth when I spoke to anyone. It was just horrible and depressing. BUT with the support of Dr. Mansfield and Dr. Kevin I proceeded with getting the dentures and OMG I cried tears of joy because they came out amazing! You'd never know I was wearing them as they're absolutely gorgeous! I hadn't smiled really since my Mom passed in May of this year but Thanksgiving Day I had a smile on my face all day. While the day was a little hard because my mom wasn't there I was able to smile due to Encore Dental giving me such a beautiful smile that I couldn't help but smile"
