"I absolutely love Don Perico Hageman. The fajitas are always spot on. With crispy thin steak strips and that amazing citrusy flavor. The veggies are perfectly soft and delicious. We recently moved out of state and plan to return to Don Perico any time we visit town. The only negative is that sometimes the staff can be stand-offish. Most of the employees are very friendly and attentive, but a couple come off annoyed and rude. On the opposite spectrum, I’ve seen the bartender manage the bar as well as a room full of tables with a smile and without missing a beat, despite some loud and and rude patrons. Regardless, we love it here!"
"Delicious food, great environment (big, bright, and has a full alcoholic bar and an amazing Sunday brunch), and fantastic service make this one of a handful of truly great Mexican restaurants in Bakersfield. Their extremely fast service also makes them an ideal spot for a short lunch break."
