"In my opinion best place for date night if you're craving Mexican food. Great ambiance and amazing food. Cocktails are good, friendly Bartender. Come as you are or dress to impress either way you'll fit in."

"I like the food here but I generally stay away from the bar because it's kind of overpriced compared to other places close by. I think if they lowered the prices a little bit on the bar area it would bring in more customers for the food. But it's a real nice place."

"We went to Smitten for Mother's Day but the kitchen was closed so we tried Sol y Luna nearby. If you're vegetarian or vegan they have veggie fajitas (for vegan just ask for no cheese if you get refried beans). I verified with the server that the rice and refried beans are vegetarian/vegan. It seems pretty pricey (especially for Bakersfield) but the portion was at least large for the fajita veggies and they tasted pretty good as well."

"Hands down the best service! The food is delicious and big portions , we took a whole meal home. The waitress was awesome! And the seats were soo comfortable .. check out the bar.. they have a lot of options in drinks . Cozy, comfortable , and good food.. is there a 10 star rating?"

"Did a walk in Saturday early evening. Hostess greeted us and sat us immediately. The servers were very attentive took our drink order as soon as we sat down. Our drinks were quick and our dinner orders were taken quickly. The food was delicious. The dessert was the fried Ice Cream and it was good. I would recommend this place. The bar was behind us and it was bumping. Might have to come back here sometime!"
