"The worst service ever, this place is always severely disorganized with extremely long wait times! You can get the same warranty and similar pricing with far better awesome service from a real tire center elsewhere! I purchased my tires here and needed to come back for a flat repair, I was in line on a Tuesday at 9.50 AM. Well that didn't help... because I was promised to have my non-appt flat repair done in a couple hours. Seemed very extreme because America's Tire only takes 30-45 mins. max. But okay went with it. After waiting around a couple hours, it went on to 5 hours and still not done. It was 3:00 pm, and it still wasn't done! Now 4:00 PM and just putting the 1 single tire back on. Total walk in flat repair time from 9.50 AM took 6 HOURS! The place needs proper management and P&P put into place. The workers and techs were doing things like a zoo. The ones taking tires off were also running to the register to do overrides... yes overrides! When they should be on their job doing labor work and not losing their place to keep walking off for several minutes at a time. Classic place that has enough employees, but their isn't a single thing from the upper management doing anything about efficiency! And lastly to add to the madness, the "free" flat repair was not free! They charge for valve stems and tpms service kits when you pick up! America's Tire does NOT! You might shop here but NEVER EVER BRING YOU CAR HERE FOR TIRES!"

"Worst experience, initially they told me it takes 2-hours to replace 4-tires but it took me more than 5-hours. While waiting, I observed tire technicians used the farthest restroom every 30 minutes. If you value your time never go to this Costco Tire Center here in Eastvale. There are much better Tire Shop around the area."

"I agree of slow service and rude employees. I'm still waiting for my car to replace 4-tires and it's already 4.18pm and was here before 1pm. Only expert can excel services technician here needs more training. Don't waste your time with these people."

"One of the ladies there has a bad attitude and I don't want to be that person but their policy is so ridiculous they can't even do battery installation just tires so keep that in mind if you are planning to come to costco for a battery replacement."

Workers do not care about job at all, dont respect your property. Had to wait 30 minutes just to speak to someone when they were completely empty. Do not come here"
