"DO NOT GO HERE! literally you'll have more problems on top of the problem you already had... it resulted in them saying "you need a new engine completely" after they could of said that to me to begin with, lets just say it was my 6th time there after i only needed minor things fixed and i told them to tell me what was wrong with everything to begin with... it was a crack that could have had everything resolved to begin with instead of me spending over $7k and in debt...oh and on top of that 2 of my friends complained of the same thing "suddenly our engines had problems or cracks that weren't an issues to begin with""

"Rude, unprofessional, condescending cashier. Had a tire blow out on the 15 N freeway I was able to get off and barely make it with hardly any air left on my front left tire. I arrived at 5:30 PM, no one greeted us, I went inside to the cashier and he was finishing up a transaction with another customer or vendor. Once I came in, I greeted the cashier and said, "Hello, how are you?" and he blew me off by responding, "I'll be with you in a bit." After a few minutes, he addressed me, and I told him I had a blowout. I was hoping they could help me out. He said, " we aren't taking in anymore cars today. Can you leave it?" I explained that I couldn't leave the vehicle as we were on our way home, and I have a 6 year old and an 8 month pregnant fiancé. He said, "Do you have AAA?" You might want to go ahead and use it then." I said, the jack that my truck comes with won't reach, and I wouldn't be able to get to my spare tire. All I got was, "we aren't taking in cars unless you can leave it." I asked what time they were closing? he responded at 6 pm. I walked out. Didn't act rude or have an attitude from the initial contact These guys are hilarious. I made it in early enough to at least get the tire looked at...... no one even stepped out and looked or anything."

"I went 3 times this week due to a slow leak in my tire, each time not a single employee stopped to help me or even acknowledge me. They have an air machine which I used as the employees stood around acting like they didn’t see me. On my 3rd visit yesterday, planning to get the tire fixed or replaced, this time an employee (white male, shaved head with long braids coming from the top) was helping an elderly man with air. I pulled up right next to him, the employee looked right past me (I was less than 5 feet away) puts the air hose on the machine and walked into the garage and did nothing since there were no cars inside and just did everything to not look in my direction. I am a 50+ female, I would think someone would at least ask if I needed help, but nope! I filled my tire and headed straight to a different tire shop that cared about customer service. Very disappointing"

"I made an appointment to drop off my car in the morning for an oil change. I wanted to go with the high mileage synthetic blend oil option that is stated on their website. When dropping my car off at 9:30am, I was told they do not offer the synthetic blend option of oil, only the conventional or fully synthetic so I just went with the conventional oil. The worst part was that I wasn't notified until about 5pm that the car was ready for pick up. I understand that it may be a busy day, but 7+ hours for an oil change is just absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, I won't be going back and I'll stick with Jiffy Lube from now on."
