"Made an appointment in about 5 mins using Booksy. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and since I arrived about 15 mins early, I waited in the studio until the stylist was ready. While I waited, the waiting area filled up pretty quickly with appointments and walk-ins. The location is in a fairly busy part of Elk Grove/Laguna and the parking lot is small, so parking is very limited. Therefore, if you’re bringing your kid, dropping them off may be your best option. The environment is typical of a modern barber studio. There are TVs throughout the studio and all barbers used modern equipment. This appointment was for my son and based on the photos on the website, I opted to go with Sonny. Sonny is a little soft spoken but friendly and professional. My son was comfortable while getting his hair cut. Sonny asked several pertinent questions prior to performing the cut; however, I ensured my son knew what he wanted and how to convey it to Sonny. The cut took about 40 mins, which was about average in my experience. The total cost of the cut was $40. I was very satisfied with the cut so I tipped generously. My only issue was I paid online, but Sonny explained he wasn’t capable of receiving payments via Booksy app; luckily I brought enough cash to cover the cut and tip. That could’ve been a hassle."
