"This is my hair after a haircut by Jess today. At Jess' salon, it said, Adults: $35, length below shoulders: $50 She initially charged me $50 so I pointed out my hair is nowhere below shoulder length. Then she apologized for using inaccurate words on the price chart, said "Adults" means "men's clipper cuts", and charged me for $45. (The price chart was made recently due to price increases so I know it's not an old sign.) This was my second visit here and I was disappointed by how the pricing works and I'm sad that I had to feel this way."
