"After my stylist decided to move out of state, I called Right Angle to get a recommendation for a new stylist and was referred to Suzanne Valentine. I even explained that I have thick straight hair. Well, it turned out to be my worst haircut ever. Her hands were shaking the whole time she was cutting my hair. After the cut, she gave me a mirror to look at the back of my head. I was speechless when I saw that she cut the top back layer so short. She said she was just following the angle of my last cut. Needless to say, I am not going back and I am still growing out the bad cut."
