"Had an appointment at 1:30, son wasn’t seen until 2:15. Now I can understand being behind, but being rushed through a haircut is not okay. My son went in to get his “Edgar” cut a trim, and came out with bangs and uneven hair all the way around. The guy thinned it way to much when it’s supposed to be fluffy, and now looks like the guy from dumb n dumber. The photo we showed and the outcome of his hair are not the same. I choose this place based on reviews, and sorry to say I won’t be back or recommending this place to anyone. I don’t even see the barber name listed on their website, and maybe for a reason. Train your newbies better. The only positive is the cut was $40 but I guess you get what you pay for here!!"
