"Bill is great, and I recommend him to everybody. He is especially great at answering any questions you have. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and responds really well to input and even criticism. He absolutely cares about his clients, and loves what he does, and it shows. Traditionally, I go in once (maybe twice) a year for a big hair cut, and I was shocked when, at my second visit (a year after my first), he totally remembered me. He asked me questions from a year prior, and I let him know that the day after the first time he cut my hair, a girl came up to me and introduced herself, and that the second haircut (a year later) was for our wedding. He doesn't take credit for that, but I kind of feel like he should."
