Him and Jess are so fun to talk to and are insanely welcoming. I put an earring of mine on the counter to compare to something I wanted to buy, and Jess wiped the counter down after that, making sure everything remained sanitary for the guests. Valente made sure the placement, sanitation, and customer service were top notch throughout my visit. He talked me through every step and gave me a piercing that was even better than I imagined.
