"I always feel confident leaving the salon, and that's a hard thing to find. My hair is flat and lifeless but Samantha brings out the color and cuts it so that it feels voluminous for months. She came highly recommend by a friend who's hair always looks perfect, and I'm never disappointed when I step out."

"Had a terrible experience with Sam. Made a consult appointment with her. She was 20 minutes late and then also never followed through later that day with providing the information she said she would. She charged me $50 for a consult and when I asked her for a refund because she was late, she refused. She is very unprofessional and I highly recommend going with another stylist. During the consult, she kept speaking about how her time was so valuable and important, but she did not show the same courtesy to her client. I would never recommend anyone to go to her, there are so many other talented stylists that will value your time. ETA: to your reply, I booked the color appointment right after I left to ensure a spot not to delay moving forward if I chose to. Then when I didn’t hear back from you it made me ultimately feel frustrated at your lack of professionalism. You state your dentist appointment was out of your control or the afternoon got away from you but those are just excuses. We all have busy lives and things going on, but when you pride yourself about how important your time is and you don’t show that level of respect for your clients/potential clients it looks very bad. Also, yes I did ask you if the $50 went towards the service because $50 for a 30 min consult is absolutely outrageous and your price sheet online does not state that it doesn’t get out towards the service. You sending me a private email about “the type of person that I am” and you being a single mom is another reason to steer clear of your salon."

"Samantha is by far the best hairstylist I have EVER been to. I know she specializes in color, which she is magnificent at, but she is also phenomenal at cuts. My hair is straight and can be very difficult to cut without making it look choppy. Samantha made my hair look so good that all I had to do was wash it and flip my head over to dry it and it looked amazing. I got more compliments when she was cutting and coloring my hair than I’ve ever had in my life, seriously! Sadly I moved across the country about a year ago and I have yet to find anyone that can even slightly come close to her talent."
