"They put my brand new tires that I supplied on and they didn't balance a single one of them before putting it on. Local dealer in Walnut Creek discovered this and balanced them for free as a courtesy while doing service there. They do not torque your wheels down, they just impact it to death. They do decent work, you get what you pay for, but they WILL SCRATCH AND DENT YOUR WHEELS. Go to America's Tire or Discount Tire, they are a reputable chain that does things right, as I was told by friends and co-workers."
