Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

"I was hopeful at first but this place is a no go for me. I will say, they're knowledgeable which is wonderful, but it took 2 different stylists to do my hair and it I still had to fix it myself. I'm not even a stylist! They didn't understand what I was trying to portray for my hair which could've been because I wasn't explaining it well enough but this face frame was absolutely not framed and definitely not worth $30. They basically told me I just had to deal with my hair the way it was and that really upsets me because I've had my hair done exactly how I wanted it before and these 2 were just unable to deliver that. I don't feel heard and it seems like they just did what they thought was best instead of what looks good. One of the stylists was also very self deprecating and I just don't want to hear someone talk down on themselves while they're touching my hair either. It's frustrating that I had to pay for a full haircut when they only did my bangs, and didn't even frame my face correctly, I sincerely want my money back."

"Maia is absolutely amazing - I would recommend her to everyone! She gave me a wonderful layered cut on my long hair, and is one of the sweetest, most genuine people I’ve met. She is so gentle and attentive throughout her whole process, and has a lot of knowledge that allows her to cater to all different kinds of client needs (long hair, special medical needs, sensory needs, etc)! It’s very apparent that Maia really cares and loves what she does. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout my appointment. She has a special way of maintaining her professionalism while still being personable and very funny! I would recommend Maia to anyone and everyone! I live out of state, but am absolutely coming back to see her the next time I’m in the area. She is a wonderful person and outstanding stylist!"
