"Expert, professional, and kind fitters! I had a great experience with Melissa. I had trouble with Zoom but she was very accommodating and kind + asked me many questions to find the right shoe for me. Shipping was quick, and I even had a follow up meeting to see how the shoe was working. My pointe teacher is also really happy with the fit. I couldn't recommend The Pointe Shop enough!"

"Literally the worst experience. I did a virtual fitting and they sized me wrong despite providing them all the info abt my pointe shoes. Then made me pay shipping to send them back and the size I actually needed wasn’t even available. After all of that they still wouldn’t refund me shipping and charged me a fee because I had to find my shoes elsewhere and not buy them from them. So I essentially paid $80 for no pointe shoes. When they are the ones who fitted me wrong. Will never shop here again"

"DO NOT get an online fitting with the pointe shop or Josephine lee, I got an online fitting and they only send you one pair of shoes unlike other places that send 4-6 pairs. The shoes did not fit and I was forced to pay to ship them back and to pay for shipping for a second pair. When I asked they refused to do another follow up fitting for the new shoes even though it was their fault I was sent a pair that didn’t fit. They also don’t offer money back, they only offer store credit."

"I love The Pointe Shop! I've got fitted by Josephine, Melissa, and Gg. All of them are great! They not only help you find the current shoe, but also have a plan for you as your feet evolve. I've had three different shoes last year progressively as my feet got stronger. I love that they cater to both your needs and your dance teacher's requirements. They are also very responsive if you have follow up questions about your shoes or pointe shoe tips & tricks in general."
