"Terrible experience. Not customer oriented. She absolutely doesn’t care about her work or keeping clients. I couldn’t go out with friends after seeing her for a partial highlight. She messed my hair horribly - my hair crown looked like Eddie Monster mixed with a Dalmatian. Horrid experience. Damaged hair. Spent $180 for pure pain agony. She ghosted me for five days - her excuse she doesn’t respond to her cellphone on her days off even when she royally messed up. Had to spend another $175 to try to fix her mistake which was very challenging not to permanently damage my hair. Do NOT go to this place. Becca wouldn’t even give me a refund. I was trying to be reasonable with her but left me no choice to leave this comment. Her recommendation to fix it was to use nail polish remover on my face. No, my skin was not just stained. My hair!! Who does this? Amateur hairdresser!!"
