"THE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER. I've been here TWICE and both times I was appalled. I had my nails sitting In acetone forever to have dipped nails remove. The nail polish stuck to my skin, could barely get it scrubbed off. The area that she filed, she filed so harshly that it has taken ALMOST 3 MONTHS TO RECOVER. My nail health was so bad afterwards. They were incredibly brittle and unhealthy. I had the dip nail removed, she didn't clean or do anything to my nails after. She charged me an extra $20 to "remove the dip" but didn't even finish the frigging job. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I tried it twice and both times deeply regretted it"

"The woman who did my nails went crazyyy with the drill. I kept telling her stop, it hurts, and she would do the same thing with every nail! After I told her it hurts for the fifth time, she called me “sensitive”. When I finally soaked my nails off, you could see the damage she did on my nails. She drilled until I could feel the flesh underneath. After my appointment I could feel the wind on my finger nails. They are still tender. (I waited a while to take these pictures, I won’t get another manicure until my damaged nails are grown out)"

"I don't know where to begin. I am very sad that I paid high price for something I didn't like. I don't do this often and I wish things would have gone better. First, the nail polish is a completely different color. I told the nail tech from the beginning that it was not the right color. She insisted it was. I showed her the color and she said it was different because that color was old. I disagree the color I picked was a light translucent pink (105), more flesh color. The color she used was a pink pastel (BARBIE pink) which looks horrible on my skin plus I don't like pop colors on my nails, I like the natural colors. Even after I kept telling her that's not the color and that I don't like she kept putting it on, didn't even offer to change the color. She kept repeating "looks nice" or "nice color". Second, she did a horrible painting job. She kept painting halfway down my nail. I had to keep telling go paint the entire nail including the sides. She didn't even clean the edges. The gel is everywhere Third, the shaping is off. I went in there with very long natural nails, she had so much to work with yet it was very difficult for her to achieve a round shape. I had to guide her and give her tips on how to correct it. Lastly, she didn't clean my nails. I have so much acrylic around my nails. I am usually never a picky person and I am easily satisfied. However, this was such an expensive bad job I had to tell her something. I wasn't try to be mean or tell her how to do her job. I work hard for my money and I am devastating I spend so much on something that I didn't like. The mistakes are so obvious, I don't understand how she didn't she anything wrong with it."

"WORST SERVICE EVER! My gel nails changed colors on my way home and the OWNER refused to redo my nails. They were supposed to be pink. He told me it was MY FAULT that I put lotion or perfume that made it change colors. I told him I hadn't even gotten home yet and he insisted "we have twenty years of experience and this never happens". But it did happen and you refused to fix it. He wasn't even nice about it. And they only had one customer in the store with 3 employees doing nothing who could have helped me. I will never come here again, horrible service and over priced!"
