"Beautiful location, gorgeous facility, amazing landlord and atmosphere! I have been renting at Suite Life for almost 1 year where I run my Nail Salon business out of. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences from day 1. The building is gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. Our landlord, Emily, is seriously the most accommodating, helpful, and generous ever. Tenants are quite and respectful. And all this set right by Windansea Beach. I honestly feel so lucky to have found such a gem of a place to run my business out of!"

"I am a current renter of my hair studio at Suite Life in La Jolla. I have been in a suite set up before and I have to say this is completely a night and day difference of my previous experience at another suite set up. I cannot say enough amazing things about Emily ( the owner of suite life aka my landlord). She is so professional, always quick to respond and problem solve if there is any issue. It can be the simplest of things and she or her assistant will attend to it immediately and keep you updated on the issue being resolved. The entire building is super clean and well kept. Everything is daily cleaned and maintained. My clients always compliment how they love the spa music as you enter the building and that the waiting room is trendy and inviting. I love my suite I’m fortunate to have a big window so I always get a good ocean breeze. My clients always talk about how spacious it is and they love that I get to decorate and make it my own. Everyone else that rents around me is super polite and professional as well. I think the biggest thing I can say as someone who has been in the industry a long time is hands down Emily is truly such a compassionate, hardworking, easy to talk to person. She truly has her tenants best interest at heart and really works with everyone to make sure is happy and successful.
