"My son and I visited the SportClips located on Clinton Keith Road in Murrieta, California at 6:10 pm. We used the phone application to reserve our appointment time around 5:45. The store was well-maintained, clean, and operational managed well. Alondra was pleasant, friendly, and immediately greeted us. Alondra cut my son Koa's hair. She took the time to ensure that he was prioritized, and the haircut experience was not rushed. Alisha (Area Manager) went out of her way to acknowledge me while she was attending to another client and while I waited for my name to be called up. When my name was called, she asked how my day was and attentively listened to my responses. She then assessed my hair with genuine interest to ensure that the experience was exceptional. She confirmed whether I wanted the MVP experience and then proceeded to make recommendations on how best to cut and style my hair. My hair is naturally thick and full, so many stylists are challenged when they cut my hair also because the left side of my hair hangs irregularly. However, this did not phase Alisha as she happily accepted the challenge. The experience included a razor trimming technique where Alisha cut my dead ends and created life and boldness for what remained. She meticulously asked about the height of my sideburns, the trimming of my sides, and the shape of the back of my neckline. In closing, this was an outstanding experience not only because our haircuts look amazing. But more importantly, the experience was an outstanding experience because both Alondra and Alisha made it a memorable one. Thank you, Alondra, and Alisha for the great experience!"
