"I'm so un happy with my sons hair cut. I told her more than once what I wanted it looks horrible. His cut is uneven and is patchy in some areas. I washed his hair when I got home and she definitely messed up my sons hair. If I ever try that place again. It definitely won't be by her. I'm so so very UNHAPPY........ why do you have someone working there that doesn't cut hair properly..... I won't embrace said person by name but if management messages me I will be happy to tell you who it was it was today and in the morning."

She was super sweet and made sure to cut my hair in a way that was suitable for the shaggy style I wanted while also framing my face and trimming my bangs up perfectly, if you haven’t gone here and plan to, ask for Hannah!"

"We have 5 sons so haircuts are something we have to do quite often. Receiving this coupon in the mail seemed great for us. TWICE now they have refused to honor the bonus coupon (after finishing the haircut and charging full price!!!) saying they could "do nothing about it". That's complete false advertising!!! Plus the haircuts have not been worth full price. Go to a barber shop instead! (We love Stew's Barber Shop. They actually know what they're doing and are friendly and helpful there! Much more worth the $15!)"
