"I’m just now coming out about this because I’m now at that age that I’m able to express what dr O’Conner did to me as a 4 year old child… if I could give this place 0 stars I would but unfortunately reviews are not like that so I’m forced to give 1 star. Anyway when I was 4 I went in to the dentist like any child would for a check up except that time Dr. O’Conner would NOT let my mom in the room with me (A MINOR) Because it wasn’t necessary and me being a 4 year old I didn’t think anything of it it started off normally until she took me into a room and made me lie down on a chair, she then started drilling into my teeth with out sedating me (reminder I was only in there for a checkup) and when I started getting very uncomfortable and squirming around she then scratched me and slapped me saying I didn’t need to yell and scream because she wasn’t doing anything to me and when I didn’t listen she picked me up and STRAPPED ME to the chair… I was unable to move and it was getting hard to breathe and again she was telling me to stop screaming and crying because she wasn’t doing anything to me. When she was finished she had a talk to me and told me not to tell my mom about what happened cause she didn’t want to get in trouble and I was 4 so I couldn’t really explain anything to my mom in the first place, as soon as she took me out to the waiting room my mom immediately started questioning me as to why I was crying because I was only in there for a check up. Turns out Dr O’Conner did a root canal on me WITHOUT my mother’s permission and when my mom started yelling at her for it she simply walked back to the room and shut the door as if nothing had just happened and we even saw a couple of other assistants laughing… please don’t ever bring your child here I had to go through this and I don’t wish this upon anyone else.."

"My son Kyle has come to this wonderful dentist for years. Dr O’Conner & staff have been so patient and kind with our son. He has Autism and Epilepsy. Before coming here, he hated to get his teeth clean. It’s different here. He loves coming to this office to get an exam and cleaning. He’s always so proud once the staff finish cleaning his teeth. I dread the day Dr. O Conner retires. She’s truly the best!!!"

"I have to say I am very surprised to see so many negative comments about Dr. O’Connor. My daughter is 16 and we started coming to her around time that she was 6 or 7. Never, have we ever experienced anything but welcoming office, friendly staff and most importantly a great and compassionate dentist. As we have gone through years and stages of my daughter’s teeth development (including braces and extraction of wisdom teeth), we have learned her strong opinions and believes, but never felt judged over our decisions and choices. Loved her from day one!"
