"Bob is the man! He help me diagnose/ fix my newly used Pint purchase. The famous loose power button nut fiasco. I was able to sneak out this weekend between the rain. Did a nice little 3.4 mile loop on the street and trails. Just chillin at 9-13mph flawlessly. Even hit a few speed bumps, my board did not cut out once. Bob gave me my confidence back! "I live all the way in Texas and got the dreaded Error Code 16 on my XR and couldn’t ride it for more than a few feet before it would shut off on me! I shipped my board to Bob’s Stoke Shop and with in a week Bob had the issue fixed, even swapped out some stripped threads for me and had the board headed back my way! Once I got it back it performed perfectly and I haven’t seen the Error Code since! Will definitely use Bob’s Stoke Shop in the future and recommend for all your OneWheel repair/mod needs."
