"High integrity service! I have an older Audi which broke down on Hwy 37 and I had it towed to Baldwin. I didn't know it at the time, but the problem was caused by a part that had been under a recall by Audi. I was unaware of the recall and not sure I would have made the connection even if I had known about it. Baldwin could have simply made the repairs and charged me. Instead, they alerted me to the recall and recommended that I take it an Audi dealer who might fix it for free. And indeed, the Audi dealer made the repairs at no cost to me. So thanks to Baldwin's transparent and honest approach, I saved a lot of $$."
