"I usually go for Jaime or Jordan as they were absolutely FANTASTIC with my hair, but I took my younger brother in for a walk in as they usually do great but one of the new guys absolutely DESTROYED his hair after he asked for a slight trim around the sides and front. This review does not apply to the two staff I mentioned as they are very good but I am just upset at my brothers new haircut. We decided to just go home and fix it up ourselves before anymore damage was done. Last picture is from before"

"First time at the LUXX and got a good haircut but wasn’t until I was done that I was told $35 and they don’t take credit cards only online payments or cash so come prepared!!! Though it says walk in’s welcome, they prefer you have an appointment and will try and squeeze you in if you don’t. Trendy and loud music playing and I’m sure for the right generation it’s a fit. Won’t be returning."
