"I bought a shirt in store and everyone was really helpful. I had shoes shipped to my house back in January the same day I bought the shirt. The shoes never arrived and I was told to file a claim. I filed the claim and nothing happened. I call about 2 times a month to check in and try to get a refund or them to send another pair but they always tell me they will work on it and follow up within the week. I never get a follow up call and just get my time wasted. I just want a refund or them to send out the shoes! They were $300 that I never got."
