"I had the most positive retail experience today that I have had in a very long time. I came in with shoes that my daughter had given me for Christmas, She wasn't able to find the receipt, but I thought I would give it a shot. Well, the young man (Paulie, I think?) and woman that helped me could not have been more positive or helpful. They cheerfully gave me store credit for the full amount ($100) - customer service as it should be! I then looked around the store and found so much cute and affordable stuff that I ended up using the credit for one pair AND buying another pair. I was so impressed that I simply had to write this review. Bravo!!"

"The girl/s that worked there yesterday were extremely nozy. Making rude comments .. saying I was ugly amongst each other and would not let me shop in peace. It was manely one of them. Needs to get fired or get checked. It seems like she doesn't need her job. Why do they keep allowing such behavior in work environments?"

"If I could give 0 stars I would! I came in here today to return some boots I bought. I bought them a few days ago (within the return period), had a receipt and had never worn them - brand new condition. The person working at this location (Andy - who wouldn't give me his last name because he knew what he was doing was wrong) refused to return them saying he wasn't sure he could resell them. What?! That has nothing to do with the return policy! I had everything required for my return and he flat out refused to return them - just would not take them. It was unbelievable. So, just an FYI, if you ever buy from Steve Madden make sure you want what you buy because even though the company states that you can return your unworn items, that's apparently a lie - at least at this location."
