"Went to this place for a hair cut and coloring, however the lady started by charging extra money (from the Groupon deal) because of my hair length. It was weird but I paid it. She was having a very dismissive attitude towards me and when I was showing her the pictures of the hair style I wanted she even suggested I did not understand english because I did not want my roots to be bleached, she just keep asking me if I understood a thing. Then finally when I showed to her that for that hair style the roots must be dark she just ignore me. I would not recommend this place to anyone, the treatment was not nice and it felt very discriminatory."

"Ladies, I feel I owe it to the next potential customer to leave an honest review here. Barbara is sweet and took her time cutting my hair. However, I felt that the Groupon I used for this cut was misleading, and the quality of the cut for the price was not worth it. I walked in with hair that fell to my mid back and asked to have it cut shoulder length - a medium long layered bob. I showed her images twice and explained the exact length I was looking for. I paid $29 for the Groupon and was charged an extra $25 for "long hair". Which I would understand if my intention was to keep it, have it layered and styled, but it was not. It was literally cut off in two snips and deemed a "mop cut" before the real cut began- which had I known, I could have done myself before walking in. Long story short (literally), I have a short layered cut that sits about 3 inches off my shoulders...it's not a bad haircut, but most definitely not what I wanted and not at the price it was sold to me at. I will say the salon was clean - outdated, but clean. Moral of the story: Most of us ladies with long hair get it cut what, 2 maybe 3 times a year? My advice, just pay full price at a different salon."

"Bought a Groupon and I'm happy that I did. Barbara was really great. I was confused about my haircut, and she said she will do it her way and I love it! My hair cut is nice, already got compliments :) The salon is really nice and spacious. I am definitely going back there. Great services for a reasonable price."

"Barbara butchered my long hair. She was lazy in dying my Balayage because my hair was so long. It ended up looking more like an Ombre gone completely wrong. The color came out copper! She gave me a CHOPPY haircut while cutting four inches off my hair (see pictures) and couldn't even straighten my hair correctly. She blamed it on my hair type - which has never given anyone else a problem to straighten. Even I do a better job than Barbara at straightening hair. She left it in Frizzy disaster and rushed me out because she had another client after me. She only allowed one hour for the appointment, knowing ahead of time that she would be styling and coloring. I even came an hour earlier from my appointment - and she still hadnt finished my hair after two hours. I have never left a Salon with a worse haircut and color. At that point, I didn't even want her to try to fix what she did. She would've made it worse. This has been the worst haircut I have ever had and to think that she was the one being defensive. I have attached a picture of what she thought was an acceptable attempt to cut, dye, and straighten my hair."
