"I have gotten my hair cut at Floyd’s 99 since around 2011. It’s convenient, quick, affordable, and the vibe is friendly and casual. The only downside is that the staff turn over faster than if they owned the place—you may have to pick a new barber/stylist when you go in. Good product available, and I always feel welcome."
