My son is quite anxious but said it was the most comfortable experience he's ever had at a salon. The cornrows looked great and were very reasonably priced. We have found our new home for braids. "Chante had me waiting for an hour after our scheduled appointment time. When I arrived she originally told me she was running 15 minutes behind, then told me another 10 minutes. Our appointment was at 4pm, she didn’t touch my head until 5pm. After she braided my hair, she canceled our appointment on StyleSeat so I couldn’t leave a review on her personal page. Really nice lady but never again. A simple text to give me a heads up would have gone a long way."

"Olivia cancelled my appointment twice minutes before the scheduled time. Then, on the third time was an hour late. I was quoted $45 but was charged $90. Not sure how I was charged doubled for the inconvenience. Hair came out nice, I love it but won’t be back for Olivia again. Incredibly unprofessional and wasted so much time."
