"I’ve been coming here for two years! Mr. Lee is so detailed with his work. He always takes his time to perfect my hair by styling it beautifully after the haircut. He has many years of experience cutting hair and it really shows in his work. I highly recommend this place and I am so happy that I found an amazing hair salon!"

"I used to love this place and always bring my husband for his haircut. But, it was so disappointing that the female hair dresser who did my hair today gave me an rude attitude and didn’t give a thing about customer services. It was the first time to meet her but as soon as she saw me, she said “go to the dress room and get changed” with a very irritated voice. Then she was like “You need to remove bobby pins and hair band” speaking in commanding tone. I was trying to stay calm until she left me in the middle of the trimming my hair for over 20 min! She even didn’t finish my hair cut, it was only half way done, then moved on to the next customer. She said it’s worthy to wait for getting service from her because the result would be fabulous. Unfortunately, I really don’t think that way. I got the WORST BANG in my whole life and I really don’t have any single idea how to take care of this unwanted hair do. Even, she didn’t brush my face after haircut. This my face after my hair cut. Seriously, what kind of customer services it is? This is extremely disappointing moment. It was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced."
