"Schedule an Appointment for my son, its roughly 7pm. I'm told 40min wait time by the website and by there person who works there too. Receive text notification at 730pm that they will have a chair available in 15mins. Show up at 740pm. They closed their registers and ask me to come back tomorrow??? What? What kinda of service is this? You are open til 8pm, why would you be closing register at 740pm. For sure I would never go to them again that's horrible. My guess is customer service is not important to them. Just going home early is!!!"
"My son is very picky about his haircuts. He decided to go for a change and brought in a picture of Brad Pitt with his buzzcut from the movie fight club. They did a great job he loved it and this is a great place to get a haircut if you're in the Lakewood area."
