"Nasty and mean! They state specifically that they refuse to take older women and men as clients and only want Gen Z customers. I guess if you aren't Gen Z, don't waste your time going there, because they are going to treat you like garbage."

"I have never worn hair adds and because I am losing hair at the top of my head, I thought long and hard about investing in the Topper. I went through the consultation phase and drove from Riverside to Torrance to experience this amazing hair topper. As a first timer, I asked many questions and was kind of rebuffed by the owner, that perhaps I wasn't ready for the process. Surprised, I mentioned I've al ready invested time and money $500.00 Deposit so I wasn't going to back out now. Anyway all went well, I loved the hair. What I didn't like is the $2,700 charge to my account. I was given a quote of no more than $2200.00 including tax. I was also told the $500 deposit was to be deducted from the final charge. $2200.00 is extreme for a (hair dye, Hair Topper and hair) application. But $2700 is CRAZY Greedy. I am now forced to dispute the $500 deposit charge. Tried contacting the salon and left a candid message. No one has responded. So just Beware of the charges imposed from This Salon. It's only been a week and I was asked to come in for maintenance....more money. Happy Hair but Not Happy with the rip-off."

"First off, I love my Hairdreams extensions! I'm on my 5th application. I've tried so many different brands in the past, and none of them have had the same quality. Not only is the application time super fast, but I only need to go to the salon once every 4-6 months (depending on my color at the time) for new extensions. "Today I had an appointment for a hair cut at 3pm. I arrived at 2:55 pm and Erin my stylist was ready. She made sure to clean everything and sanitize before I sat down. The salon is currently set up outside due to Covid 19 new guidelines. However I still felt like I had the full salon experience. They had a canopy, cute decorations and closed beverages to offer. As for my service Erin always does a great job with my haircut and she also gave me a blow out. She’s always super positive and our conversations are always the best. Overall the experience was 5 stars. Also her assistant was such a sweetheart!"
