Reviews
"Do not go here!!! I have never wrote a review , but this was indeed the worst place ever. I am new to the area so had to scope out a new nail salon. There were two other people in there so I thought hey can't be bad. There was only one lady working on all of us at the same time. She did not use new SANITZIED nail clippers, nails filers or scrub. She painted my toes and they looked as if a toddler had painted them. I was initially going to get my nails done as well and I wanted acrylics she kept pressing me to get gel on my nails.(something I did not want) after seeing my toes I did not do my nails. This place is by far the worst. Dirty!!!!( using the same unsanitized tools she used for the 2 people before me) DIGUSTING. I went to target after this grabbed some nail polish remover and took it off. She filed my toes with her dusty used filer they look DIGUSTING even without the nail polish. She did not remove any of the cuticles. Will NEVER go back here."
"I want to support the review of the parent of the young 15 old lady, with intellectual disability that went yesterday for a mani and pedi. Her review is excellent and it will help many other parents before making the decision of taking their loved one to this Nail Salon. We are all the same, regardless of our diagnosis. I am hoping that after what happend and the excellent education received by the mother of the young 15 old lady this nail salon learns the meaning of empathy, have a little compassion and treat everyone with respect. Most of all understand inclusion."
"The worst nightmare of a parent with a loved on with a disability is seeing someone for lack of empathy, understanding and patience hurt their feelings. This afternoon we walked into this nail shop as our go to place was closed. My 15 year old daughter with an intellectual disability is a gem when it comes to mani and pedis and while she has a repetitive approach in her wants, she is willing to wait when needed in order to pursue. Our expectation is no more or less than the service given to any other customer. However, this person had no interest in learning. We were far in to just walk out, the entire shop had now become aware of the situation and next to me was my daughter in tears. I had to be the bigger person and as a last resort I explained my daughter’s request of service, my expectation of a respectful delivery and my observation of the antagonizing delivery approach. She apologized and changed her approach immediately after my observation. I personally made the decision of canceling my services, and with my heart in hand I asked my daughter who was in the spa chair with her feet wet if she wanted to continue or cancel her service. My mind debated between saving her and teaching her to advocate for her self I taught whom am I to pull her out but I am who will fiercely makes sure no one pulls her in. My daughter proceeded to get her services as requested yet before leaving and in the absence of my daughter I made sure I reviewed all talking points with this individual. I vividly shared my discontent, my sadness and my hope that this opportunity allows her to never treat anyone else the way she treated us."
"I decided to get a pedi, and it was the worst choice I made ever. When I was getting my pedi the woman cut my nail VERY deeply. it was BLEEDING all over and I didn't get an apology. No Instead the woman scolded me and got mad AS IF I was the one that cut my nail and that my running blood was causing her a disservice. Wow very rude service. I didn't know what to do so I just stayed quite and quickly left after paying."
"First off she told me to take my old acrylic nail off myself She was very rude My nails turned out paper thin and crooked The pedicure chair was an old chair with a $20 portable pedicure tub.... So uncomfortable! The skin around my toes look butchered Didn't tip so as I was leaving and still said thank you they all ignored me WONT BE BACK!"
