"I have been coming here for since they opened in 2006 and have seen employees come and go, Susan (only works on weekends) is amazing. She takes so much pride in her work. Today wasn’t the first time I’ve been assigned to her, I did a happy dance when she was my lady today."

"Went in for a fill on my nails & fix a nail, and pedi & fill on toes. My index finger was only crazy glued an no acrylic was added on top (see photo). Thumb is white compared to other nails - no color match! I was so frustrated that I didnt want any gel polish - just wanted to leave! Pedi - no sugar scrub or scrub period!! Instead the tech kept on insisting to cut down my toes when I said do not cut them down!! I paid a total of $95 for the worse service ever!!"

"Literally was such a bad experience here, I originally came in wanting a simple V design & the guy who was doing my nails couldn't do the design which is ok I get it but got sent to a woman who apparently could, she didn't. I had to tell her my nails needed a base color so the "line' of my natural nails won't show under the "V' shape design, she couldn't even do that correctly either. It was frustrating to the point where I had to say just give me a solid color and even then they still came out pretty bad. The shape is all wonky and the polish could've been so much better, my nails literally look like they grew out by a week and some already and I just got them. Polish didn't even reach the cuticle. No cuticle oil either, Disappointing. *Zoom in pix to see*"

"They were nice to me and considerate about me being pregnant, but seemed irritated I didn't want gel, I honestly just never get gel it peels fast because I'm a swimmer. She scrubbed one foot longer than the other which left skin on my right foot and my nails aren't as neat as they should be. Overall it wasn't bad it just wasn't great, he drilled too deep into the acrylic I've been getting my nails done for 10+ years, and it's not necessary to go so deep. I honestly feel like they take a bit of acrylic away so you can come back sooner. I won't be returning. I saw a lot of good work, just not mine."
