"Came to fix my hair from a bad cut. The ladies don’t speak english very well. I asked for a specific style and showed many pictures. She proceeded to thin out and make a lot of layers (which I specifically did not want) but she kept saying I needed it as my hair was thick. At the end she tried to justify the layers constantly by saying my hair was one length before. My hair got 2 inches shorter as well which I had asked to keep long. If you decide to go keep communication what you want with the ladies as you don’t know how it will end up. Location is hole in the wall location, don’t expect any fancy equipment or procedures."
