"I gave 2 stars only because my tires were mounted and balanced properly. And while I understand store managers are trained to maximize profits, charging a customer $447.52 for four valve stems that retail for $27 each is a great way to ensure he never comes back. Also, when doing an alignment, there is an expectation that ALL adjustments are brought back to mfg specs. I only received 2/3 of the job I paid for. On the bright side, Goodyear Tires has several authorized dealers in the Redlands area."
